Pick-up & Delivery Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Is there a delivery fee?
A: No. There are no extra charges for pickup or delivery.
Q: Do I have to be at my home or office for the pickup or delivery?
A: No. You just place your clothes in a prearranged location and we will pick them up and drop them off at the same location.
Q: Do I have to have a minimum order for your service?
A: No. You may send in one item if that is all you have.
Q: What if I do not have any clothes to be sent in?
A: No problem. We are in your area and if there is no bag of clothes left out for us, we will return on your next day of service.
Q: What if I go on a vacation?
A: In most cases you just need to let us know, and we will skip your pickup until the date you have given us to start up service again. If you have given us clothes to be cleaned, we will gladly hold on to them until you return.
Q: What do I do if I have special instructions?
A: You can either call us, email us or simply leave a note in the bag attached to the garment(s).
Q: Do you supply me with a bag to place my dirty clothes in?
A: Yes, we will supply you with one of our garment bags. For the initial pickup a plastic bag of any type will do.
Q: What days do you pick up and deliver?
A: It all depends on your location. We have two routes. Monday to Thursday and Tuesday to Friday. Both days are pickup and delivery days.
Q: How do I arrange payment, once my clothes are returned?
A: We have a monthly billing in which you may pay by check or credit card. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.
